Dr. Donald Strong

Dr. Donald “Doc Strong” Strong is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. With decades of experience caring for critically ill patients, he has built a career defined by resilience, leadership, and a commitment to helping people improve their health, strength, and quality of life.

As the founder of Living Strong and Medical Director of Rejeune MD, Dr. Strong combines evidence-based medicine with a practical, real-world approach to wellness, longevity, weight management, hormone optimization, and lifestyle transformation. His philosophy is simple: health is built through consistent choices repeated over time.

Outside the ICU and clinic, Dr. Strong is a former marathon runner, content creator, and lifelong student of health and performance. These days, he enjoys long walks, riding his bike around the neighborhood, learning the finer points of pickleball, and discovering that beginning golf at 59 is both challenging and addictive. When he’s not working or creating content, he’s dreaming about future days sailing the Caribbean with his wife.

Dr. Tatyana Strong

Dr. Tatyana Strong is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology and brings decades of experience, precision, and compassion to patient care. Known by some as the smarter, prettier “other Doctor Strong,” she combines clinical excellence with a calm, reassuring presence that patients, families, and colleagues immediately trust.

For nearly 20 years, Dr. Strong cared for patients at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, where she developed a reputation for taking on some of the most complex and high-acuity pediatric cases, including pediatric cardiac anesthesia. Today, she continues her work caring for children through her outpatient pediatric dental anesthesia practice, traveling throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois to help make dental procedures safer and less stressful for young patients and their families.

Outside the operating room, Dr. Strong is a former competitive ballroom dancer who still appreciates discipline, movement, and performance under pressure. When she’s not caring for patients, she can often be found learning the finer points of pickleball or working toward her next obsession: becoming a scratch golfer.
